- To design and produce and disseminate media content to project and promote PARC activities.
- To maintain and update PARC Website “http://www.parc.gov.pk”.
- To maintain National Library of Agricultural Sciences at NARC containing latest reading material for helping NARS scientists, faculty members and students in review of literature and acquisition of articles/documents reprints.
- To publish PARC research journal “Pakistan Journal of Agricultural Research” on quarterly basis.
- To prepare, publish and distribute technical bulletins.
