Amidst a contract signing event on August 15, 2023, Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Ali, Chairman PARC was joined by Dr. Cho Gyong-Rae from KOPIA Pakistan Center and Professor Cho from Smart Green House Consulting. The ceremony marked the collaboration among PARC, KOPIA and Smart Green House Consulting for the establishment of the 2nd Aeroponics facility at NARC for advancing seed  potato production.
