Dr. Noman Latif Sadozai , CSO / Senior Director Incharge (Natural Resources Division)

Dr. Noman Latif Sadozai is a distinguished agricultural engineer and water resources specialist with over 30 years of experience in agricultural research, natural resource management, climate resilience, and sustainable water management in Pakistan. He currently serves as Member (Incharge), Natural Resources Division, Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Islamabad.

Dr. Sadozai holds a PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, and an MSc in Water Resources Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia. A Gold Medalist in Agricultural Engineering, he has led numerous national research and development initiatives focusing on spate irrigation, climate change adaptation, efficient irrigation systems, renewable energy applications in agriculture, and sustainable management of water resources.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed several flagship development projects and held key leadership positions within PARC. He has published more than 50 scientific papers, contributed to books and technical publications.

He is member of the PM task force on Water scarcity & PM committee on Climate Change impacts on Agriculture. He also represented Pakistan in various international training programs and academic engagements across Australia, Netherlands, United States, United Kingdom, PR of China, South Korea, Thailand & Turkey.

Dr. Sadozai is widely recognized for his contributions to advancing climate-smart agriculture and promoting sustainable natural resource management in Pakistan.
