Situation Vacant Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PARC Agrotech Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (PATCO)
Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), the apex national agricultural research organization, invites applications from highly qualified, active, energetic, dynamic, visionary, innovative, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), PARC Agrotech Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (PATCO) on a contract basis.
The Chief Executive Officer shall provide strategic leadership for the commercialization of agricultural technologies, promotion of agribusiness, public-private partnerships, innovation, technology transfer, value chain development, investment facilitation, and the institutional growth of PATCO.
Qualification
- Master's Degree (18 years of education) in Agribusiness Management, Business Administration (MBA), Agriculture Entrepreneurship, Marketing or any other closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Additional professional certifications in corporate governance, strategic management, finance, project management, or entrepreneurship will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional experience in agribusiness, technology commercialization, innovation management, corporate management, business development, venture development, agricultural value chains, public-private partnerships, investment promotion, or related fields.
Candidates should have a proven track record of strategic leadership, organizational development, resource mobilization and establishing partnerships with national and international organizations, the private sector, investors, financial institutions and development partners.
Salary Package
A competitive and negotiable salary package shall be offered, commensurate with qualifications, professional experience, demonstrated achievements, and suitability of the candidate. Other benefits shall be admissible as approved by the competent authority.
Contract Duration
The appointment shall initially be for a period of three (03) years on a contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirements, and approval of the competent authority.
