FO&S is dealing with the research support services, allotment of land for research to different Research Institutes/Programs at NARC. Recently it has also been given task of landscaping at NARC premises. The ultimate aim of FO&S is to properly utilize maximum land area under cultivation and keep it in a presentable shape. Thus FO&S ensures that all scientists carry-out their research activities relating to cultivation at NARC. Thus, FO&S plays a pivotal role in promotion of agricultural research by actually demonstrating the same in the field.
