Qualification/

experience

M.Sc (Hons) / M.Phil degree in the field of Food Science & Technology / Food Technology / Food Chemistry / Biotechnology / Food Microbiology from HEC recognized university / institution (1^st Division in final degree). Candidate with higher qualification will be preferred.

1. Candidate(s) having experience in research laboratories (Food Science, Food Microbiology, Food Biotechnology, Food Chemistry etc.) and excellent report writing are eligible to apply.
2. Ideal candidate should have computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.) and excellent statistical analysis skills.

TORs  / Duties

1. To support in technical and financial report(s) preparation of the project.
2. To carryout and/or supervise laboratory analysis related to wheat quality, safety, nutrition, rheology, baking etc
3. To collect and analyze data related to lab testing and research.
4. To guide internee(s) & students involved in project activities.
5. To attend and prepare documentation/presentations etc. related to project activities.
6. To verify already carried out analysis if required.
7. Any other related assignment (s).

Age:

18-35 years (relax-able in suitable case(s)

Remuneration:

Rs.50,000/- per month (fixed) (all inclusive)

Duration:

Initially for a period upto 30.06.2023 (Extendable) or till the life of project whichever is earlier.
