Research Internee Required

Application are invited from fresh and talented agricultural graduates in the Agriculture Entomology (B.Sc.) belong to Multan for the opportune moment of Research Internee in development funded research project "integrated management of Helicoverpa armigera in Cotton-wheat system in Southern Punjab" under IPMP-IPEP, NARC at IMP Sub-Station PARC, B.Z. Univerity, Multan for the period of one year. A monthly stipend of Rs.5,000/- shall be paid during fellowship. Applications with complete CV containing details of academic record with 3.0 CGP in B.Sc. and relevant experience may reach the undersigned up to 20-05-2008 on the prescribed form (available at PARC website).

Scholarship for PhD Research in Potato under RADP
at National Potato Program, HRI, NARC

National Potato Program, HRI, NARC, offers a partically funded scholarship for PhD research in the field of Potato under the sub-project "Development of Potato varieties for late blight resistant and processing traits" funded out of RADP, PARC, Islamabad.

Criteria for the selection of candidate for the said scholarship

Scholarship is for three year durations or up to the life of the project, which ever is earlier.
Scholarship will be granted to student enrolled as full time PhD student in any HEC recognized university and has completed his course work of PhD study.
Scholarship is for that PhD student who is willing to conduct PhD research only on above mentioned project.,
The total amount of Scholarship is 1,80,000/-
