1.

Short Term Overseas Placement / Training Specialist

• A person should be well versed with all the international agricultural institution, Universities & Training Centers and have the background knowledge in different disciplines of agriculture preferably of Balochistan.

• Short term training needs assessment by interfacing with all the stakeholders i.e. DG, ARI, Research, Livestock, AZRC and Chief Conservator of the forest Quetta, Balochistan.

• Identification of the subject related institutes / Centers / Universities / Departments  and placement of professionals in the short term courses 2-4 weeks respective overseas institutes.

• Submitting the course duration, probable commencing date of training / visit, cost estimation and suitability of requirement etc.

• The consultant will be working with close interaction / liaison with PD, NARS-B.

• The consultant will be responsible to complete the task / given assignment within the stipulated time and submitted the report to PD, NARS-B / DG, Livestock and DG, ARI, Sariab.

• The payment will be made after submission of satisfactory report.

• Well conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet surfing etc.

• 25% payment will be made in the first week of assignment.

• Consultant should conduct one week training for respective scientists and submit a report and practical manual at the completion of job.

Specialist in Agri. Statistics

• A person should be experienced enough in the field of various experimental designs & their application in practical field. Should have sufficient working experience in Agri. Research station / institutes in the country.

• Imparting the training to the Extension, Research and University students / teachers.

• On-job demonstration / practicals related to the biological / Agri. Sciences.

• Preparation of practical manual of different statistical methods for Biological / Agri. Scientists.

• Consultant should conduct one week training for respective scientists and submit a report and practical manual at the completion of job.

Range Forestry Specialist

• Person should have practical experience in Research Education and Extension.

• Should be well versed in imparting training to Range technicians and officers in the field of Range and Farm Forestry.

• Willing to travel in the rangelands of Balochistan.

• Imparting the training in Range vegetation survey techniques.

• Must have sound knowledge and experience in the field of Farm Forestry and its role enhancing in the Agricultural productivity.

• Preparation of practical manual in Range and Farm Forestry disciplines / fields for practical.

• Consultant should conduct one week training for respective scientists and submit a report and practical manual at the completion of job
