Place of Work: FMI and PARC Rice Research Station, Kala Shah Kaku.

i)     M.Sc. (Agronomy) with 2 years research experience in agronomy. Knowledge of operation & maintenance of seeding and harvesting machinery, field equipment designing and statistical analysis.

ii)     Computer literacy using an IBM-compatible PC in a windows environment is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

     -  He will report to the Project Incharge.

     -  Conduct of assigned field research trials.

     -  Investigations in field-crop problems.

     -  Assessment of treatment efficacy and crop safety; data collection, detailed documentation, analysis and reporting.

     -  Working in a team environment.

     -  Willing to travel periodically and complete tasks requiring extended work hours when necessary.

     - The majority of assigned field research trails will comprise of wheat sowing in heavy rice residue, different sowing methods, irrigation and fertilizer applications.

     -  Weedicide and pesticide, data recording and supervision of students assistants (M.Sc. thesis students) etc.

Place of Work: PARC Rice Research Station, Kala Shah Kaku. Three experimental sites (Two at Farmers field)

Throughout first division. Final year M.Sc. (Thesis work).
