i)   Post Graduate degree in the field of Sciences, Engineering,

ii)  Private /Government sector with experience of at least 10 years and appropriate background in implementation of large development projects/programmes in addition to overall service experience of  17 years. Must have leadership qualities and proven track record to manage and monitor mega projects . Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and analytical approach to design specialized monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure the desired feed back at various stages of project implementation and efficient & effective use of available resourses.Experience of working in or with government organizations and working / hand-on knowledge of computers will be preferred.

i)   Ph.D / M.Sc in the filed of Agriculture and Social Sciences.

ii)  Minimum experience of 5 years in project management, implementation, monitoring review and evaluation of projects in agriculture and related sector. Persons with strong leadership, technical communication and interpersonal skills with working knowledge of computer are encouraged to apply.

i)    First class MBA / MPA from a recognized institute / university by HEC with excellent knowledge of computer applications.
